Service Description. This Site describes Landscaping, Lawn Mowing, Mulching, Bush Trimming, Sod Installation, Leaf Removal provided by Scheadler’s Lawncare & Landscaping. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://scheadlerslawncareandlandscaping.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Scheadler’s Lawncare & Landscaping or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. Scheadler’s Lawncare & Landscaping makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scheadler’s Lawncare & Landscaping's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Scheadler’s Lawncare & Landscaping in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Scheadler’s Lawncare & Landscaping from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OH law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OH for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
